Children's Books at FHG Libraries
Children's books at FHG Libraries are located on the first floor near the IMC. They are organized into three collections: Juvenile Picture Books, Juvenile Fiction, and Juvenile Nonfiction. These titles check out for 35 days at a time and can be renewed once.

Need a book we don't own?
- Request the book from another library using interlibrary loan
- If you live on campus, you can get a card to the West Chester Public Library

Critical reviews of children's books, video and audio recordings, film strips, and other children-focused media.
E-books
- The International Children’s Digital LibraryDigital books in 59 languages. You can search by county, author/illustrator, age level or even length of book.
- Free Library of PhiladelphiaFree Library cards are available to anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in Pennsylvania. You can sign up for an e-card online and use the Free Library to access ebooks and audiobooks through Overdrive and read-aloud videos through TumbleBooks.
- POWER LIBRARY - Pennsylvania's Electronic LibraryNOTE: Available with your Pennsylvania public library card or an E-card which is ONLY AVAILABLE TO PENNSYLVANIA RESIDENTS.
If you are a Pennsylvania resident and do not have a library card you can obtain a E-card by going to the POWER LIBRARY. You will be able to watch a short video to see how to sign-up.
Look for POWER KIDS which has resources including eBooks.
