In general, we can't get you:
You will receive an email letting you know when your material is ready. Articles, book chapters, and other shorter material are usually delivered online. You will have the option to specify where you want to receive the material: Presser Library, FHG Library Help Desk, or sent to your home via UPS (including pre-paid return label).
You can return it to FHG Library, Presser Music Library, or return it with the pre-paid mailing label that was provided to you when you received it in the mail.
WCU Libraries does not charge any fines for ILL books. However, the university that owns the book you borrowed may charge you a replacement fee if the book is not returned by the due date.
We won’t charge you for it, but the university that owns it will charge a replacement fee. You may be able to buy a replacement copy instead, but the lending university must approve it. Since it’s so variable, please give us a call or send us an email to discuss what you can do at this point.
