Policies for IMC Study Rooms

The IMC has 3 group study rooms available to reserve.

  • IMC Study Rooms are primarily for the use of group viewings of reserve videos, group study, or other academic activities by members of the WCU community
  • These rooms are not sound proof so we cannot guarantee a quiet space
  • One member of the group will be required to leave ID at the IMC Help desk
  • Use or Reservation of Study Rooms is on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Rooms may be used for two hours and “renewed” if the space is available
  • The same time slot on the same day may only be reserved for two consecutive weeks
  • Walk-ins may be bumped for group viewings of reserve videos (two or more people) or if their two hours have expired and the group has not renewed
  • Reservations will be canceled and the room made available to walk in requests if a group does not arrive within 15 minutes of their reserved start time
  • Patrons using IMC Study Rooms must leave the room in a neat and clean condition
