How Do I...?

How Do I Find a Book?

  1. Search for the title of the book using the search box at the top library homepage. Use the pull down menu on the right to select the Catalog.

  2. If we own the book, it should appear in the top few results.  Check the the line at the bottom of the record to find out how to get it.

  3. This is an example of a print book. You will need the floor of the library and the call number to find it.  Most books are at the main F.H. Green Library, but music books are located at Presser Music Library in Swope Hall.

  4. This is an example of an e-book.  Here is how to access it.

    • Click on the Online Access Link

    •  In the box that opens, look for the link to the full text near the top, in the box with the yellow banner. In some cases, there will be more than one link.
