Windows
- Make sure you are connected to the RamNet wireless network.
- Download the Mobility Print app for Windows.
- Use your WCU username and password when prompted.
- Select RamPrint when prompted to select a printer. Uncheck any other printers that may appear
macOS
- Make sure you are connected to the RamNet wireless network.
- Use your WCU username and password when prompted.

If your job doesn’t print, check the Print Queue dialog. If the print job is there and has the message Held for authentication, click the retry icon (the icon with the rounded arrow in it); then re-enter your login details.
iOS (iPhone iPad)
- Make sure you are connected to the RamNet wireless network.
- Use your WCU username and password when prompted.
Android
- Make sure you are connected to the RamNet wireless network
- Download the Mobility Print app for Android
- Use your WCU username and password when prompted
Chromebook
- Make sure you are connected to the RamNet wireless network
- Install the Mobility Print app for Chrome OS
- Use your WCU username and password when prompted
Print Single Sided
- Make sure the job is being sent from the device as single sided. Jobs sent as double-sided can't be changed.

Select print release to view all pending jobs on the multifunction printers
- At the bottom of the screen uncheck print as 2-sided.
- Select the jobs to print single sided
- Press Print in the bottom right
