Do you have questions about the University Libraries' strategic planning process?
Email us: libadmin@wcupa.edu
West Chester University Libraries is engaging in a strategic planning process to imagine our shared future for the next 2-3 years. This process is designed to identify goals, strategies, and key performance indicators to align with the University strategic plan and help us “row better together.”
This plan requires active participation of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners to be successful. We have created a Steering Committee, responsible for ensuring an evidence-based and community-engaged process and plan. Working Groups will draft proposed areas of action, focus, and metrics to track our progress. However, for those proposals to be strong, we want to hear from you.
For everyone who attended a listening session or completed the survey, thank you for your participation!
