Create a Filter based on the filing type (e.g. 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, 424B, and DEF 14) and/or the filing period, and search.
Choose a filing you want to read and click “Document Button” to access all the documents associated with a filing.
(A filing form with “/A” means it is an amendment to a filing. For instance, 10-K/A means an amendment to most recent 10-K.)
All filings are sorted based on the filing date with the most recent one coming first.
The “Interactive Data Button” will direct us to all tables in a filing, with an option to download in Excel.
The main document of a filing is always the first document listed in a filing. Read the main document before the rest of the documents.
