HealthRHYTHMS with University Libraries Music Librarian Tim Sestrick - Every Wednesday, Starting the 21st of September 2022

by Bridget Voltz on 2022-09-16T16:06:33-04:00 | Comments

Join us every Wednesday, starting the 21st of September 2022, at the Center for Contemplative Studies for a HealthRHYTHMS group empowerment drumming.

All are welcome to this stress reduction event!

The Presser Library’s (Music Library of the WCU University Libraries) very own Music Librarian & Associate Professor, Tim Sestrick, in a Group Empowerment Drum Circle. Tim is professionally trained in HealthRHYTHMS and is teaming up with Students from the Music Therapy degree program in the Wells School of Music to bring this recurring event to you!

Anyone can do it! No prior musical experience is necessary.

HealthRHYTHMS is a fun, evidence-based, whole-person strategy that promotes stress relief and community building.

HealthRHYTHMS is not about inspiring successful drumming – it’s about inspiring successful living.
