How to find an impactful scholarly law Journal?
Some journal ranking systems can help identify the best law journals based on different ranking metrics. 

Use HeinOnline to search scholarly law journals and law reviews. Click "Browse Database by Name - Law Journal Library" and search the library. At the article page, use Cite button to create citations.

Use WestLaw  "All Content - Secondary Sources" - " Law Reviews & Journalsto search scholarly journals and law reviews. WestLaw has more recent coverage of law review articles than HeinOnline.

Use Business Source Complete to find Business Journals that discussed employment and labor issues. You can browse individual journal below or do a global search at the Business Source Complete. Use Cite button to create citations.

 

Use Google Scholar to search general employment topics and find the full-text in our library. Click Quotation " sign to create a citation.

Google Scholar-> Settings (clicking three lines at the upper left corner)-> Library Links-> Search West Chester University-> Check the box -> Save; At the search result page, click find it @ WCU to access full-text article.
